We provide support for adults with mental health conditions to help them manage their condition and maximise their independence. Tailoring support to suit individual need is key to our ethos. Our aim is to provide support to develop the skills people require to progress in their personal development, wellbeing and recovery. Our support packages empower individuals to make informed decisions about their care and recovery and to access their local community through providing a therapeutic environment within their home and through recreational, educational and support with work based activities in the community working in close liaison with external support services.

We have over 40 years experience in successfully supporting people with mental health conditions to live more independently and take control of their lives.
We support people to manage their day to day living needs which helps them to focus on their recovery and maintain stability. This helps people to reconnect with the things that bring them joy in life and discover new skills.
